Celebrity hair styles- they set the trends for us

Celebrities have created an immense influence on our society and
their trends are being blindly followed. The celebrities become larger
than life characters and these larger than life characters have a
profound influence on our sense of dressing and styling. Our complete
sense of style is celebrity biased and it is quite natural since the
celebrities have already established themselves as style icons. Be it
any man or woman; the most obvious inclination would be towards
celebrity hair styles. Football players like Christiano Ronaldo have
become your style icons.
His hair style is being followed by millions of young footballers and
more than his game people are following his hair. It is quite
contradictory but it’s true. Things are same for David and Victoria
Beckham; both of them are famous for their individual careers in
football and music. Still find interest in their hair styles to the
extent that they would be followed everywhere by the paparazzi even
while changing their hairstyle. This is celebrity life and celebrity
hair styling- it can be in any form. It might be formal or alternate or
it may even be rebellious, the primary requirement is innovation. One
must be able to stand out in a crowd by following a particular fashion
trend or hair style but must be able to create an impression on the
onlookers.
Nutrition is very important for our hair since our hair needs to be
nourished time and again to sustain the enormous pressures which it
might undergo. It is like going to the gymnasium and building up a very
good body. It is indeed easy to build up a good body if you follow the
right diet and exercise regime. Similarly if you follow the right diet
you would have healthy and strong hair. Strong and healthy hair needs a
variety of nutrients like vitamins, proteins, sulfur, phytoestrogens,
and water. Some of these nutrients are derived from milk and egg.
For others one has to go for special shampoos which would have
nutrients to support long and strong hair. Long and strong hair is
something which is considered as an attribute of healthy hair. Hairstyle
diet is the latest concept in hairstyling since it has been widely
accepted that styling can only be done when the hair is of proper
quality. Health is wealth and for hair too; it is very much true. One
must have cereals, vegetables, groundnuts, eggs and fruits to ensure the
nutritional balance inside the body. Nutritional balance is extremely
important since nutritional balance would ensure good health as well as
strong hair.
Health and hair quality are directly linked with each other. When the
hair quality of a person is good then it would imply the person keeps in
good health. The hair styling concepts would be completely out of touch
if the person does not have quality hair which is well nourished.
Nourishment is important and the necessary nutrients must be added to
the body from time to time. Dieticians play an important role in
determining the quality of hair which a person would have by prescribing
a diet regime which would be very strict.
A strict diet regime checks the calorie intake and at the same time
it also does another thing; it maintains the nutritional balance inside
the body. Maintaining the nutritional balance is not very easy and for
that the right food must be consumed three times a day. For breakfast
any bran cereal with berries and fresh milk is the right choice. Dinners
should be protein rich and the lunch should always be light with a small
amount of carbohydrates along with proteins. |
